About this Artwork
Woman and men don’t always speak the same language. When you are dealing with women from another culture- that difference can be even greater. This series of works were created following a recent trip to Mexico. The series focuses on different woman who helped to shape my Mexican experience. The series of five works each focused on Mexican women who exposed me to particular elements of the Mexican culture.
About Warwick Edwards
Completed a Masters of Art Curatorship, University of Melbourne in 2007 and Bachelor of Fine Arts: Painting, Victorian Collge of the Arts in 2004.Held a solo show at Victoria Park Gallery as well as a group exhibition at TCB in 2007. Published reviews in Farrago Magazine and UN Magazine.
