About Louise Box

My life straddles my dual interests in a traditional corporate career and the arts. I think the secret is to think of "the art of business" or "the business of the arts" rather than a separation of the two. By day I work in the corporate education sector, and in my free time I write, photograph, design and mull on things artistic. I'm also involved with several arts organisations (WR Johnston Collection and Experimenta Media Arts) and am a keen follower of whatever festival is in town. Travel - be it the grand tour, or merely urban adventuring - is a passion, as is stationery, all things Italian and French, cooking and reading. I have started a company to corral all my interests: "Memory and Wit" and look forward to establishing a thriving freelance business in whichever direction my artistic whims take me.
