About this Rooku
As an ex Sydney girl, one of the many subtle differences I’ve noticed between Sydney and Melbourne is the ability to buy “Minimum of Chips” in any Melbourne fish & chip shop. This is generally not a term used in Sydney. This was what came to mind as I pondered “Melbourne” to write my Rooku.
In true Aussie fashion it has been shortened to “Minimum Chips”. I played with the opposites of minimum and maximum and injected a ‘laugh at myself’ attitude for eating chips every Sunday night.
