About Suzanne McCourt

Suzanne McCourt is a Melbourne based poet, writer and artist. Originally from South Australia, she grew up on its wild southern coast. In another life she may have been a pelican. She makes art from found objects, shells, wave-worn glass, feathers, rusted metal. Her poetry and short stories have been published in journals and anthologies and she has recently completed her first novel, Clapping ‘til it Hurts.
